Deposit for Tattoo
This is for the payment of the DEPOSIT which is a booking fee required to CONFIRM YOUR TATTOO appointment at FLT Tattoo Studio. Please pay the amount requested by the artist in the booking email you received.
Include your FULL LEGAL NAME, PREFERRED NAME/PRONOUN, MOBILE NUMBER, ARTIST and APPOINTMENT TIME/DAY in the notes at checkout.
*PLEASE DO NOT PAY THE DEPOSIT UNTIL YOUR ARTIST HAS SENT YOU THE BOOKING EMAIL*

Deposit must be paid within 72 hours of the receipt of the booking email or you may forfeit the appointment time. YOUR APPOINTMENT IS NOT SECURED UNTIL THE DEPOSIT IS PAID.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and non-transferable.
You must give a MINIMUM of 72 hours’ notice to reschedule an appointment, otherwise the deposit will be lost. If your appointment is rescheduled, please be aware that we will only hold your deposit in the system for 6 months, and you can reschedule your appointment once before your deposit is lost. Your deposit will be used at the final appointment of the tattoo.
